Principal Fullstack Developer (MERN)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership :  Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• FullStack Development :  Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Database Management :  Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Performance Optimization :  Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality :  Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices.
• Mentorship :  Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Client Collaboration :  Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshooting :  Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuous Improvement :  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

Education :  Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :  4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using the MERN stack.

Skills :

Preferred :  Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
