Head of Service Delivery

As Associate Vice President of Professional Services you will lead and inspire our team. You'll drive end-to-end SaaS product delivery , oversee project management , and ensure successful implementation of our S2P solutions. An Ideal candidate will have experience with large business transformation programs enabled by cutting edge ERP (SaaS and On premise) platforms such as SAP or Oracle. The AVP - Professional Services (PS) will be responsible for P&L, delivery, quality of implementation, grooming managers and next level of leaders.

Your expertise in program management, customer success, and strategic leadership will help enterprises unlock real savings, minimize risks, and elevate compliance with our seamless, user-friendly software.

What Youʼll Do :

• Champion Customer Success : Own a portfolio of high-impact customer accounts, driving strategic initiatives and revenue growth.
• Lead Major Implementations : Manage multi-year SaaS implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, on value, and exceeding client expectations.
• Governance Guru : Establish robust governance with both internal and client stakeholders.
• Customer Whisperer : Build strong customer rapport, boosting satisfaction and loyalty.
• Project Maestro : Oversee project schedules, risk management, and budgets, ensuring all contractual commitments are met.
• Tech Leader : Provide technical leadership for digital project implementations, guiding cross-functional teams to success.
• Strategic Innovator : Offer strategic guidance during implementation phases, ensuring all tools, processes, and staff are primed for success.
• Thought Leader : Become a trusted advisor within Zycus, influencing how we implement new products and services.
• Relationship Builder : Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Critical Thinker : Utilize your critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions.

• Ensure Right Resources Available at Right Time : Drive high utilization of the team. Proactively assess future resource needs, addressing through internal development, new hiring, and / or partner engagement.
• Ensure Strong Project Financial Performance : Drive revenue and margin attainment, as well as ensuring high project level profitability.
• Change Agent : Drive continuous improvement in people, process, and technology, both internal and external to the team.
• Experience : 15+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a Bachelorʼs degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Industry Knowledge : Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, especially in S2P / P2P, CLM, ERP, and CRM applications.
• Background : Candidates from Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or premium Indian business schools (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI) are highly preferred. Experience in the e-procurement space also highly valued.
• Communication Skills : Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Engagement : Extensive experience engaging with customers, with international exposure being a plus.
• Leadership : Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.
• Ethics : High standards of ethics and accountability.
• Timezone flexibility : Work will be in support of US Delivery – requiring support for at least half of the US day (ET).
