Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Internship at The Crimson Cape.

The Intern will be responsible for tasks related to hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training within the organization.

• Training skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
