Job descriptionEnsure Goal Zero safety performance and compliance with all HSSE and operational standards Provide leadership and oversight to the Supply Base Operator, driving efficiency, compliance, and value delivery Manage operational planning, budgeting, and contractor performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective materials support Oversee logistics and warehouse processes to ensure accuracy in inventory, reporting, and KPI management Strengthen collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure a first-time-right service culture Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving safety, efficiency, and operational excellence Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering OR a related discipline Proven experience leading supply base, logistics or warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector Strong understanding of Safety Leadership (HSSE), contractor management, and inventory control 'Hands-on' experience with SAP RtP, Maximo WMS or similar logistics systems Excellent stakeholder management, communication and team-leadership skills Commitment to operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement Excellent negotiable day rate!
