Job description

Role Responsibilities :

  • Drive development, estimations, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions
  • Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for successful project delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications
  • Mentor team members and upskill as needed

Job Requirements :

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM design and development
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and scripting
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps

    • Skills Required

    ServiceNow development, ServiceNow GRC, Server-side scripting, Client-side scripting, REST integrations
