Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Person at Sammeta Universe in Chennai. The Sales Person will be responsible for virtual real estate sales through field visits client relationship management, digital property consultation, and driving revenue growth within our innovative metaverse platform. The day-to-day tasks will involve conducting in-person client meetings at their locations, making outbound sales calls, visiting potential development sites, prospecting through cold calling, conducting virtual property tours, negotiating virtual land deals, and building long-term relationships with investors and developers.
Key responsibilities include traveling to meet clients at their offices or homes, making regular follow-up calls to prospects, presenting immersive virtual property showcases during field visits guiding customers through interactive plot visualization experiences both in-person and remotely, and closing deals through a combination of face-to-face meetings and telephone negotiations.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with field work
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
Strong phone communication skills and cold calling experience
Excellent in-person presentation and interpersonal abilities
Virtual real estate knowledge and metaverse property sales experience
Understanding of digital property investment and virtual land economics
Own vehicle for field visits (preferred) or willingness to travel
Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting sales targets through multi-channel approach
Proficiency in CRM software and mobile sales tools
Experience with virtual property presentations and immersive technology platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
