Responsibilities :
- Provide support and manage integrations for the SuccessFactors platform.
- Automate access provisioning by integrating with internal Identity and Access Management systems.
- Manage user authentication and provisioning using IAS and IPS.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI and other tools.
- Ensure data integrity and security during system integrations.
- Create, configure, and test data transfer integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
- Provide timely support for platform and integration issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business teams to resolve platform :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, IAS, and IPS.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PI / PO, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of integration to SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Learning.
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors or related certifications.
- Experience with API management and cloud integration technologies.
- Understanding of HR business processes and their mapping to SuccessFactors modules.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project
