Summary :

As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications while fostering collaboration among team members.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Teamcenter implementation / upgrade, Deep understanding of Teamcenter concept, Strong analytical and Configuration skills, C / C++, Java, ITK, SOA, Teamcenter Customization, and Teamcenter 3rd level support experience with good understanding of Teamcenter integration with CAD tools Core skill set : - Teamcenter 10.2 -14.2 & Active Workspace 6.3 - Teamcenter Customization- BMIDE, ITK, RAC & SOA - Should have experience in defining the Data Model, Product Structure, including rules, relationships, and constraints - TC- Active Workspace(AWC) configuration & Customization - Programming language- C, C++, Java, Shell scripting - Windows Server 7 (32 & 64) above & Linux server Expert - PLM- Teamcenter administration 10 and above, FMS, Variant rule - Teamcenter various module expertise like- Organization, Project, Access manager, Structure / Multi-Structure, Workflow, TC Quality, NX Easy Planner, MPP, etc.
