Teamcenter Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the technical implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and deploy Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers.

Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter applications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of deliverables.

Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter updates, features, and industry trends.

Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and team members.

Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and support.

Preferred Skills :

6+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, and support.

Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.

Proficiency in PLM-related programming languages and technologies (e.g., ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, AWC).

Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and ERP integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Teamcenter or related PLM systems is a plus.
