About the Role
I run a high-impact business coaching practice for SME founders, which includes :
- One-on-one coaching
- Workshops
- Podcast production
- Social media content sharing
I’m looking for a Content & Operations Manager who can help bring consistency, structure, and execution-attention to these activities. This is a hands-on , ownership-driven role — ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating, creating momentum, and seeing things move from idea → to action → to result.
This is not a typical corporate desk job.
This is a role for someone who likes dynamic work , communication, creativity, and taking responsibility.
Previous experience of similar role and tasks of 2-3 years will be ideal.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Workshop & Event Support (On-Ground)
Coordinate venue arrangements & setupBe present during workshops to capture short videos, photos, BTS content & testimonialsEnsure smooth execution of workshop logistics2. Content & Social Media Execution
Coordinate with video editors to create reels and short-form contentSchedule & publish posts on Instagram, & YouTubeMaintain a simple weekly content calendarReply to comments / messages & engage with the audience3. Client & Business Coordination
Follow up with coaching clients on tasks and session preparationMaintain Google Sheets / trackersSchedule calls, sessions, workshops, remindersCoordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and venue partnersYou’ll Be a Great Fit If You :
