We have a dedicated MICE-Meetings, Incentives, Conferences team, which curates the corporate group travel and tourism experience with memorable itineraries that not only captures the fun in the travel itinerary but strives to offer something with unparalleled hospitality innovation and on-ground expertise. We deliver the whole package right from sourcing and reservations of desired meeting and conference venues and hotels to exclusive themed-functions with specialized services.

Started in Feb 2021, the company is incorporated by a bunch of Hyper-Creative folks who come with a solid experience of crafting immersive solutions for more than two decades in the industry. Some of our esteemed clients at Hyperlink are Castrol , Pidilite , Crompton, TTK, Nayara Energy, Kotak Insurance, SMFG, Volkswagen , Gulf Oil.

About the role :

With a strong MICE client base & operations anchored from Mumbai since the company’s inception, we are now expanding our MICE capabilities into the South India region to strengthen our national footprint and unlock new business growth. This is a P&L leadership role with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, operations, client delivery, and regional expansion. The ideal candidate comes with a strong sales background in the travel industry, especially in corporate MICE sales, group travel, incentives, and conferences. The role requires a dynamic business leader who can grow the vertical, build a high-performing team, and deepen Hyperlink’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & P&L Ownership

  • Lead and grow the MICE business for the South region with full P&L ownership.
  • Drive aggressive revenue targets through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identify high-potential industries and corporate clusters within the South zone to develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop the annual business plan, including revenue forecasts, pricing strategy, and profitability metrics.
  • Evaluate new destinations, travel trends, airline partnerships, and experiential elements that enhance Hyperlink’s MICE offerings.
  • Collaborate with national leadership on cross-region MICE projects and business synergies.
  • Contribute to expansion into new categories such as luxury incentives, experiential travel, and large-format global MICE programs

Sales Leadership

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of MICE opportunities across industries.
  • Lead pitch development, proposal crafting, costing, vendor negotiations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
  • Represent Hyperlink at industry forums, networking events, and corporate travel platforms to enhance visibility.
  • Operations & Delivery

  • Supervise end-to-end execution of MICE programs - incentives, conferences, offsites, awards, dealer meets, and international group travel.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for MICE events in the region, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and execution.
  • Collaborate with central operations teams in Mumbai for curating the sales product & costing.
  • Ensure high service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across all projects.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in delivery.
  • Build and lead a regional MICE team comprising sales, operations and tour managers.
  • Coach and mentor the team to meet performance goals and develop multi-skilled capability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on ownership, customer service, and result orientation.
  • Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • 18+ years in a sales role within a leading travel, hospitality, or experiential agency with a minimum of 10 years in MICE sales.
  • Strong foundation in corporate group travel, international incentives, domestic offsites, and conference planning.
  • Must have strong regional corporate relationships within South India.
  • Proven experience in generating revenue, hitting targets, and growing regional business lines.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise (hotels, airlines, DMCs).
  • Leadership experience with ability to build and scale teams.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to scale a new regional vertical.
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience in managing P&L
