Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Learning Consultant (Inside Sales) to join our Nagpur

office. This is an on-site role where you will engage with prospective learners, understand their

goals, and guide them towards the right Evacad offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with prospective learners through walk-ins, phone calls, and in-person counselling.
  • Understand each learner's profile and recommend the most appropriate Evacad program.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM system.
  • Develop strong knowledge of all Evacad courses, features, pricing, and career outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimise conversion and learner experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C or inside sales-preferably in the EdTech, education or training
  • sector.

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) :

  • Number of monthly enrollments.
  • Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
  • Revenue generated from course sales.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
