- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the cybersecurity domain.
- Identify and close business opportunities in SOC-as-a-Service, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), SIEM, Cloud Security, and other managed security services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Channel Partners.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives through MSSPs, OEM alliances, and channel ecosystems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including SOC operations, product management, and marketing to ensure seamless customer onboarding and solution delivery.
- Monitor market dynamics, competition, and emerging trends to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting through CRM tools and weekly sales Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with relevant experience in cybersecurity sales (preferably selling SOC, MDR, SIEM, or cloud security solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong network and relationships within the enterprise IT and security leadership community in India.
- Experience working with MSSPs, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
