Battery Technical Engineer‌

Job Responsibilities :

• 1. Responsible for on-site service execution, including fault diagnosis of power batteries and energy storage systems, solution output and implementation, maintenance and upkeep, etc;
• 2. Responsible for arranging work, providing technical support and supervision, submitting and reviewing work orders for service providers within the region;
• 3. Responsible for on-site support, rework, and repair of large-scale quality issues and emergency events;
• 4. Front line and remote technical support;

5. Coordinate with quality and project team R&D to confirm agreements and implementation of batch problem handling solutions.
