Job Responsibilities :
- 1. Responsible for on-site service execution, including fault diagnosis of power batteries and energy storage systems, solution output and implementation, maintenance and upkeep, etc;
- 2. Responsible for arranging work, providing technical support and supervision, submitting and reviewing work orders for service providers within the region;
- 3. Responsible for on-site support, rework, and repair of large-scale quality issues and emergency events;
- 4. Front line and remote technical support;
5. Coordinate with quality and project team R&D to confirm agreements and implementation of batch problem handling solutions.
Job requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree or above;2. Having 3-10 years of work experience in battery technology and after-sales service;3. The workplace is in India, and English or Hindi can be used as the working language;4. Have good teamwork and communication skills;5. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
