Job Summary :
A leading crypto startup that engaged to reshape the future of crypto futures trading, is keen to hire for the role of Customer Success / Support Associate role with 2+ years of experience and has strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain KYC, and AML regulations. This role involves in handling issues and queries by providing 24 / 7 multi-channel support.

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide real-time resolution for user queries related to trading, transactions, and wallet operations.
Support users through KYC verification, trade execution, and blockchain fundamentals.
Work in structured rotational shifts with effective handovers to ensure continuous support.
Maintain composure and professionalism during high market volatility and crisis situations.
Collaborate closely with tech, compliance, and finance teams to resolve complex cases.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards with strong focus on AML and KYC protocols.
Ensure SLA compliance by resolving critical issues promptly and within defined timelines.
Accurately document and log all cases with attention to detail for future reference and audits
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, KYC, and AML regulations.
prior experience working for a start-up or cryptocurrency firm is preferable.
Fluency in English and Hindi, proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, even under pressure.
Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 rotational schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Education :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience :
2+ years of experience in a customer success / support role, preferably within a start-up or cryptocurrency firm.
Work type : Work from office.
Work schedule :
Rotational shifts and may include night shifts and weekends
