Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning : Analyze talent needs and support workforce optimization and succession planning.
- Employee Relations : Manage employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management : Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Talent Development : Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and leadership programs.
- Organizational Development : Lead change management initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Policy & Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- HR Analytics : Use data to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
- Engagement & Well-being : Drive employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions.
- Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner;
