In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software or digital transformation projects. The candidate should have a techno-functional background and will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, establishing and maintaining effective project governance across all phases of the program lifecycle.

Genpact has a vacancy for a Technical Project Manager in its expanding Orchestration (Cora Sequence) Group to support global customers. The group is expanding to cater to the growing number of varied and exciting projects and customers. This is a varied role and offers an exciting opportunity for the right individuals to develop their career in the Professional Services organization of Genpact.

Responsibilities

• Project Management of product-based solutions Implementation and delivery.Manage stakeholder communication, monitoring & reporting on project progress to internal and external leadership.

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively; implement contingency plans.

• Develop and maintain project documentation (WBS, RAID logs, timelines, budgets).

• Ensure budget consumption, and timelines & focus on Delivery quality index.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through close collaboration with developers, architects, BA and QA.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance metrics.

• Participate in review of business requirements, design documents.

• Closely work with customers, provide best industry practices to customers on Genpact Digital products.

• Own customer satisfaction and build a long-term relationship with key customers.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to quickly understand a client's business strategy, processes, needs and to design solutions to support it.

• Handled a team and has relevant experience in the Microsoft Technology stack

• Open to travel at customer location and can align working hours per customer requirement.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in implementation and delivery of Business Process Management based tool such as Appian or Remedy, Newgen, Pega etc. Experience in MS Technology stack that includes Azure, .Net, SQL Server, JavaScript.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
