Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of the supply chain, timely delivery of products, and compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. This role is crucial in supporting Litemed’s mission to provide high-quality medical devices efficiently to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documents.
Monitor warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely dispatch.
Identify and resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
Support compliance with local and international shipping regulations and internal SOPs.
Generate logistics reports and provide insights for process improvement.
Assist in vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable :
Familiarity with MedTech / medical device supply chain operations.
Requirements
