Development Manager IT Services

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling cutting-edge IT services and digital transformation solutions across diverse industries. You will play a key role in driving new business growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT Services, including Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI / ML, and Application Development.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with delivery, presales, and marketing teams to create tailored client solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience :
6 - 15 years of experience in IT services sales or business development, preferably with exposure to emerging technologies.Strong understanding of the US IT services market, with existing client or partner networks being a plus.Proven ability to drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.Why Join Us :
