Key Responsibilities / KRA :

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and overall store performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing customer grievances effectively.
• Monitor staff activities and help coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Assist in inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure implementation of retail loss prevention strategies and maintain proper store security.
• Support achievement of sales targets through effective execution of sales plans and promotions.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store premises.
