We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Strategist who can think, plan, and execute content that builds strong personal and brand identities.
You’ll be the creative mind behind our social media calendar, content direction, and storytelling — from ideation to execution — collaborating with our design, video, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand tone and goals.
- Ideate and write engaging content for posts, captions, blogs, and video scripts.
- Plan and direct photo & video shoots – including concept creation, scripting, and coordination with the creative team.
- Work on personal branding strategies for founders, clients, and brand ambassadors.
- Conceptualize and plan reels, podcasts, and broadcast-style content with engaging storytelling.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor performance, track trends, and optimize content based on analytics.
- Manage and coordinate the entire content production cycle from concept to publish.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital storytelling.Proven experience handling personal branding or thought-leadership content.Strong understanding of current trends across Instagram, , YouTube & Reels.Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project coordination skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
