Avishkaran is a non-profit organization established at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER)-Hyderabad, supported by BIRAC BioNEST under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India. Avishkaran aims to stimulate and facilitate R&D activities in pharmaceutical sciences. The organization supports early-stage entrepreneurs in developing new products, solutions, and technologies by providing infrastructural, technical, financial, networking, and marketing support.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Officer located in Hyderabad. The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing R&D projects, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs, and facilitating collaboration between researchers and industry partners. Additional duties include monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and coordination skills
• MSc / MBA with BPharm / MPharm / MS Pharm / Life sciences
• Experience in research and development, particularly in pharmaceutical sciences
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial management and reporting
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Experience in working with non-profit organizations or in an academic setting is a plus.
