Job Title : Oracle Cloud Financials SME

Location : Pune

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Financials SME with implementation in Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management. Fusion Expenses, Fusion collections. The role requires strong functional knowledge of General Ledger module, Payables, Receivable, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Asset module. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert to design, implement, and support R2R processes across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Oracle Financials implementation and provide end-to-end functional support.
  • Deep expertise in design and configurations of General Ledger and Finance subledger module configurations
  • Gather requirements and design business solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide expertise in month-end / year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and support UAT.
  • Work on RICE components and coordinate with technical teams for reports and interfaces.
  • Act as an SME to advise stakeholders, train business users, and provide production support.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS) in asset management.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 12+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience in Oracle Financials
  • Minimum 2 end to end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
  • Gather requirements and design business solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with data migration of open and period balances and reconciliation and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of OTBI / BIP reports in Financials
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with client-facing experience.
