We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM to join our growing team. This role demands a strong blend of functional expertise and technical acumen across Compensation , Talent Management , and Recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving digital HR transformation, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules : Compensation , Talent , and Recruitment
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST / SOAP APIs, and spreadsheet loaders
- Customize reports and dashboards using OTBI , BI Publisher , and SQL
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across HCM modules
- Participate in quarterly release testing and adoption of new features
- Ensure data integrity, security roles, and compliance with organizational policies
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
Skillls / Qualification
6–9 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM CloudProven expertise in Compensation , Talent Management , and RecruitmentStrong understanding of business process flows and best practices in HRTechnical proficiency in HDL , HCM Extracts , BI tools , and web servicesExperience with security roles , workflow configuration , and data migrationExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
