Sales and Marketing Manager - Residential Projects

Purpose of the Role :

To develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for RVL Residential Projects , focused on strengthening market positioning and maximizing brand recall

Responsibility and Accountability :

• Develop RVL's brand philosophy and lead brand-building initiatives across all regions
• Drive the development of various sales channels to establish effective touch points with the target customer segment
• Create comprehensive marketing, promotion, and pricing strategies for projects, integrating insights from market research and Senior Management
• Provide inputs during the price matrix definition process for the projects based on latest market price trends and other related parameters
• Develop sales planning process by devising customer mix, positioning, pricing, and payment schedules based on delivery schedules
• Benchmark global best practices to design world-class Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care Management strategies.
• Develop and guide the implementation of the sales strategy in line with the business strategy
• Identify, onboard, and manage agencies for brand communication, merchandise development, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Promote the brand and offerings through international symposiums, domestic exhibitions, and key industry platforms
• Develop processes to capture market information and changing customer preferences.
• Track actual sales performance versus targets, analyse variances, and drive corrective actions as required. '
• Develop and manage the annual budgets for marketing and project sales, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence
• Review market reports and highlight key trends and their impact.
