Key Responsibilities :

- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain call logs, records, and update customer information in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies :
