Job descriptionLead by example with attentive, friendly, and professional service. Anticipate guest needs, handle requests promptly, and resolve issues with confidence and care. Guide junior GSAs, runners, and new team members. Uphold The Cape Goa’s standards of service, presentation, and professionalism. Ensure accurate ordering, efficient table setups, and smooth clearings. Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and overall presentation. Relay guest feedback or concerns to management promptly. Foster strong teamwork across all service departments. 2–3 years’ experience in a quality restaurant or resort service role. Strong communication and leadership skills; confident and approachable. Well-presented, organised, and reliable under pressure. Fluent in English; Hindi / Konkani an advantage. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Above-industry salary of 35K per month. Clean, secure accommodation + daily transport to / from the resort. Nutritious staff meals while on duty. Good working hours with one weekly off and planned holiday leave. Consistent monthly schedule supporting work–life balance. Structured staff training programme and ongoing skill development.
