Role Description

This full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Server position is based in North Goa. The individual in this role will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring cleanliness and setup of dining areas, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The role also entails providing exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

• Strong Food Service and Beverage knowledge to support effective menu understanding and serving skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive guest interactions and satisfaction.
• Strong Communication skills to relay orders accurately and address guest concerns attentively.
• Experience in hospitality and food service, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to varying customer needs effectively.
• A passion for providing top-notch dining experiences;

prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
