Role Description

We are looking for a Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in Goregaon. This is a full-time, in-person role. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to B2B potential clients from a provided database, building interest in our brand, and turning them into appointments to explore our jewellery collection. The role involves you being confident and not taking a no for an answer, contacting decision-makers, handling objections, maintaining accurate call logs, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and meeting set targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in  English and Hindi  is a must

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in maintaining detailed call records

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Adaptability and resilience in handling objections

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication are an advantage but not needed

Salary :  ₹15,000 per month
