Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Mission Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of launch missions. This critical role ensures mission success through comprehensive coordination of all mission elements including payload integration, launch operations, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep technical knowledge, and experience in space mission operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mission Planning : Develop detailed mission plans including timeline, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning for each launch mission.
• Customer Interface : Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the mission lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met and expectations managed.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Coordinate activities across engineering teams, operations, quality assurance, and business development to ensure mission success.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate mission risks through comprehensive risk management processes and contingency planning.
• Mission Operations : Oversee launch operations activities including final preparations, launch execution, and post-launch activities.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive mission documentation including requirements, procedures, test results, and lessons learned.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all mission activities comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
