Job descriptionBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Strong understanding of All Oracle Fusion Tracks like RTR, ATR, PTP, QTF, BTC, PTC, PTM etc. Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, APIs, and integration tools (OIC, REST / SOAP, etc.). Experience with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS offerings. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across Finance, SCM, Projects, Manufacturing and Procurement modules. Implementation Leadership : Lead the technical design and configuration of Oracle Fusion applications during implementation projects. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Integration Strategy : Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems (e.g., legacy ERP, CRM, third-party apps). Best Practices : Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, data flows, and technical specifications. Quality Assurance : Support testing efforts (SIT, UAT) and ensure solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Mentorship : Guide functional and technical teams, providing architectural oversight and technical leadership.
