We are seeking a dynamic International Social & Performance Marketing Growth Executive to join our team. In this role, you will leverage digital channels - including social media, podcasts, email marketing, and other online platforms - to build brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and contribute directly to sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone who combines creativity with a results-driven mindset, able to turn content and campaigns into measurable business outcomes.
We’re looking for individuals who have completed their graduation / post-graduation and are ready to begin a full-time role in international marketing, business development, lead generation, and revenue growth - particularly in the legal, tax, and advisory sector.
Currently, we are a two-member team working out of our Greater Kailash office in South Delhi looking to expand our core team.
The first month will serve as a paid training and assessment period , where both you and we evaluate if there’s a long-term fit based on output, learning speed, attitude, and performance. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, quick learning ability, discipline, and a willingness to build from scratch in a startup environment .
What This Role Involves :
Driving lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, podcasts, and global partnerships
Creating and contributing to content ideas, proposals, and communication strategies
Researching and building high-value prospect databases for global outreach
Involvement in performance marketing, digital campaigns, and metrics tracking
Day-to-day execution of relationship management with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
Taking ownership of lead generation, funnel building, campaign optimization, and direct contribution to revenue growth
Utilizing podcast and other online platforms to drive partner engagement, thought leadership, and business development
This is a hands-on, high-output role blending performance marketing, business execution, and growth responsibilities.
