Job Description
Job Purpose :
To lead a team of site engineers and supervisors for a specific discipline (Civil). The Senior Engineer is responsible for managing the execution of a significant work package, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring work proceeds according to the project schedule and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Site Engineers and Foremen.
- Plan and manage the execution of all construction activities within your designated area or discipline.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for your discipline, resolving complex on-site issues.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.
- Lead progress review meetings with the contractor’s team for your package of work.
- Ensure that all works are executed in strict accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Review and approve contractor’s resource planning (manpower and machinery).
- Assist the Project Manager in progress reporting and schedule updates for your area.

B.E. / B. Tech in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil).Experience :
8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in site execution, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead engineer role.High-Rise Residential with Aluminium Form work ConstructionRequirements
Key Skills : Strong knowledge of material specifications and testing procedures. Familiarity with relevant IS Codes and other industry standards. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to maintain clear and accurate records. Good communication skills. Qualifications : B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil). Experience : 3 to 8 years of dedicated experience as a QA / QC Engineer on construction sites.
