Role Overview :

As a Quadient Inspire Developer (Intern) , we will be providing training for designing, developing, and implementing customer communication management (CCM) solutions for the industry. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer engagement through personalized and compliant communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Development :  Design and develop customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire modules such as Designer, Scaler, and Interactive.
• Template Creation :  Develop and configure Inspire applications and templates to ensure efficient and effective document production.
• Automation & Scripting :  Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction tasks utilizing configuration-driven design methodologies.
• System Integration :  Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, or other content management systems.
• Testing & Debugging :  Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free output.
• User Support :  Provide guidance and support to end-users on Quadient Inspire functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
