What will you be doing :

We are seeking an innovative sourcing executive to help in getting material at a very competitive price & quality. In this role, you will be planning materials procurement from different vendors based on site requirement and meeting their schedules. To ensure success, you will need hands on experience in various markets, product knowledge and able to gather market information from time to time.

Handling Purchase function of various product categories & supply chain fulfillment

Getting monthly requirements from Plant & various contract packaging sites.

Supplier production planning against indents for all products.

Compiling the requirements and making PO’s & informing to Suppliers.

Finalizing the monthly costs of each products and releasing orders.

Following up with supplier and ensuring delivery as per requirements.

Monitoring daily and updating indenters.

Monitoring quality of products and quality audits.

Ensuring proper documentation from the suppliers along with each truck / dispatch.

Ensuring bill booking from our side on time and releasing payments as per agreed terms.

Development of new supplier for above category of products and ensuring they are competitive on all aspects as and when required.

New systems development / Implementation

Supplier Management in terms of Inventories and system optimizations – Digital tools

Qualification :

Mechanical Engineer with good academics (above 60% throughout)

Experience and skills required :

3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Packaging products, User co-ordination.

GST knowledge, Proper documentation.

ERP, Order management

Supplier Order tracking and Logistics Co-ordination
