Job Description

As a sourcing manager, you will be responsible to lead the construction category end to end.

• Identify needs of the procurement team to deliver on business targets
• Proven track record of leading complex sourcing and procurement projects within Construction industry for Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, Commercial or Realty segments
• Exposure of building and setting up supplier base and vendor development for critical categories in construction space
• Experience of delivering on large scale projects and ensuring sourcing cost optimisation by deploying industry best practices
• Understanding of RFP preparation, contract negotiation, overall project life cycle and costing analysis and optimising costing parameters

The Successful Applicant

• Candidate must have a relevant education background in Civil Engineering, Cost Management, Planning or Surveying or any other relevant field
• Strong track record of implementing procurement strategy for construction projects, renovation projects, infrastructure or realty projects
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of local construction sourcing markets, vendors and suppliers
• Proven track record of leading a team of suppliers, sources and procurement leads for construction segments / categories
• Overall atleast 15+ years of experience in relevant industry
