About the role :
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and driving continuous improvement? As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in our Technical Operations team ensuring our systems are robust, reliable, and ready for release.
From designing test plans and leading UAT sessions to collaborating with developers and analysing defects, you’ll be at the heart of our development lifecycle. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and love solving complex problems, this is the role for you.
What makes you a great fit :
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing across web, RESTful APIs, and desktop applications
- Skilled in creating and maintaining test plans, scripts, and documentation
- Confident working with CI / CD pipelines, version control, and test management tools
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to all audiences
- Comfortable leading UAT sessions and coordinating with stakeholders
- Proactive, systematic, and process-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Calm under pressure and committed to high standards
Key responsibilities :
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to provide testing updatesDesign and maintain test plans, cases, and automation scriptsLead and coordinate UAT sessions, including training and defect trackingCollaborate with Business Analysts and Operations to ensure test coverageDrive continuous improvements in QA processes including implementing new testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworksManage out-of-hours release testing, regression testing and sign-off for production deploymentsMaintain test environments, data, and documentationExecute manual and automated testing across multiple platforms including web applications, RESTful APIs, Windows applications, and web services, with focus on functional, regression, and integration testingProvide clear, data-driven progress reports on testing activities, defect metrics, and release readiness to project stakeholders and managementEstablish and maintain testing environments, test data, and documentation to ensure consistent and reliable testing processesPerks for our People :
