Your main goal is to ensure every person, from new inquiries to long-term members, has an outstanding experience with us. You'll help new people discover Vigoure, support our existing members in making the most of their journey, and contribute to our overall growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products / services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
• Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Utilize persuasive and effective selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy. Provide information about promotions, upcoming events, and product updates.
