Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, performance data, and consultation with managers.
• Maintain and update the training calendar and training database.
• Prepare training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and handouts.
• Liaise with external training vendors and instructors to ensure timely delivery of sessions.
• Manage logistics such as venue booking, equipment setup, invitations, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms and post-training assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of employee participation, certifications, and completion rates.
• Support onboarding programs and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assist in budget tracking and reporting for training activities.
• Prepare and present reports on training metrics and outcomes to management
