Python Full Stack Developer - Flask / Django

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Developer with 6 to 11 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled engineer proficient in Python frameworks and modern frontend technologies. This role is for a self-starter who can architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions in a microservices environment, leveraging containerization, cloud platforms like AWS, and robust CI / CD pipelines to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly frontend components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using microservices architecture within a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like GitHub Actions or Terraform.
• Collaborate with agile, distributed teams, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through continuous optimization and best practices.
• Work with a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases, designing efficient data models and queries.
