Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Developer with 6 to 11 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled engineer proficient in Python frameworks and modern frontend technologies. This role is for a self-starter who can architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions in a microservices environment, leveraging containerization, cloud platforms like AWS, and robust CI / CD pipelines to drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
- Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly frontend components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions using microservices architecture within a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement CI / CD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like GitHub Actions or Terraform.
- Collaborate with agile, distributed teams, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through continuous optimization and best practices.
- Work with a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases, designing efficient data models and queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a backend-heavy focus.Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.Expertise in frontend technologies : React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Solid experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Proven expertise in REST API design, including security, rate limiting, and performance optimization.Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases, such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a preference for AWS.(ref : hirist.tech)
