Job description

Job Summary :

We are hiring experienced Python Developers with 12+ years of expertise in developing scalable, secure, and performant backend applications.

Candidates should have deep understanding of API design, data structures, and modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend systems using Python.
  • Work with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability.
  • Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Write unit and integration tests; maintain high code quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills :

  • 12+ years of hands-on development experience using Python.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and unit testing.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI / CD pipelines, and deployment to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and code versioning practices.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or machine learning integration.
  • Exposure to asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery).
  • Knowledge of front-end integration using JavaScript / React is a plus.
