Senior Solutions Architect | Early-stage SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.

Responsibilities

Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution

Align the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating models

Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizations

Manage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issues

Educate customers with the correct technical knowledge

Create and update technical documentation as needed

Build tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needs

Qualifications

At least 6+ years of experience

Bachelor of Arts / Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of study

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

Experience in DevOps methodologies, tools and automation

Able to communicate with internal and external senior management

Customer relationship management and account planning skills

Someone excited about the 0 to 1 journey
