[Immediate Start] Senior Solutions Architect | Early-stage SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution
• Align the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating models
• Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizations
• Manage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issues
• Educate customers with the correct technical knowledge
• Create and update technical documentation as needed
• Build tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needs
