Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Nanjangud. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. The role involves coordinating with various departments to deliver on client needs, developing sales strategies, and monitoring account performance. Daily tasks include regular interactions with clients, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

• Client Management and Customer Relationship skills
• Sales Strategy Development and Business Opportunity Identification skills
• Strong Communication and Report Preparation skills
• Ability to coordinate with various departments and handle inquiries
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food production industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
