Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Manager located in Chennai. The Outbound Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations including overseeing warehouse management systems, sales, and team management. The role involves optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination of outbound deliveries, and maintaining high service standards. The Outbound Manager will also be required to analyze data to improve processes and support the overall sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Operations Management
• Proven ability in Team Management and Sales
• Familiarity with international DMC relationship
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
