About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer / Lead to join our growing technology team at ITPL, Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core for backend services.

Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or React (latest versions).

Design and optimise database queries using SQL Server or other relational databases.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

Implement and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to Microservices architecture .

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and standards.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core development.

Proficiency in Angular or React (or both) for front-end development.

Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.

Experience working with REST APIs and Microservices .

Familiarity with Git for version control and Agile methodologies .

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure DevOps, etc.

Experience in CI / CD pipelines and cloud-native development.

Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small teams.
