At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support.

Responsibilities :

10 years of BA experience in IT projects with total I Manage multiple projects concurrently with a focus on Digital Marketing cloud solutions. Work closely with North American clients providing support aligned with EST and PST time zones. Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK PRINCE2 and agile Scrum practices.

Maintain rigor in project management best practices with Agile / SCRUM and / or PMI certification

T experience

Coordinate with IT application development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Drive innovative problem solving conflict resolution and detailed project coordination

Strong organizational problem-solving conflict resolution and team management skills.

Mandatory skill sets :

10 to 12 Minimum 8 years of experience with overall experience ranging from 8 to 16 years.

MBA degree is required with a background in IT & ITeS / Software product companies preferred.

Engineering degree (B.E / ) combined with an MBA.

Proven experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
