Roles and Responsibility

As a CyberArk Consultant you will be expected tocontribute to the delivery of CyberArk Projects to our clients professionally.

We are looking for professionals with 5-7 years ofexperience for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Practice. Candidatesshould be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving, excellentcommunication, and participation in a diverse range of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Management and delivery of client engagements whileensuring quality and value addition.
• Ability to act as an individual contributor in end-to-enddeployment / upgrade of PAM Solutions across multiple client environments.
• Training entry-level professionals in understanding PAMconcepts
• Serve as an escalation point for project services and incidents.
• Collaborating with others leads to support theimplementation of secure PAM solutions.
• Collaborate on the delivery of multiple PAM-relatedprojects and initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring that newfunctionalities and integrations satisfy the business needs.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate CyberArk withcritical applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct research and use knowledge of competitivesolutions to address effectively and solve customer challenges.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, andsetup of the technical infrastructure.
• Assist Business Analysts with documentation of detailedfunctional and technical requirements.
• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvementand maintenance activities.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerShell / Java / Bash and theability to write scripts.
• Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets orexceeds client expectations including coordinating the development andexecution of the consulting work plan and client deliverables.
