About the Role
We are hiring an
Inside Sales Analyst
with 2+ years of B2B sales experience (US market preferred). You should be good at communication, lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle — from finding prospects to running campaigns and handing over qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Find and generate leads in the
US insurance and technology markets .
Run
email campaigns, outreach, and ABM programs .
Research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
Track and follow up on leads to keep the pipeline moving.
Keep the
lead database updated and accurate .
Work with the sales team to smoothly transfer qualified leads.
Use
CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.)
to record and report activities.
Share
weekly / monthly reports
on leads and campaigns.
Key Requirements
2+ years of inside sales / lead generation experience
(US market is a plus).
Hands-on experience with
email marketing, ABM, and market research .
Excellent
English communication skills
(spoken and written).
Experience with
CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) .
Ability to manage
lead databases and pipelines .
Self-motivated, target-driven, and fast learner.
