Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute employee retention strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate employees.
• Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to strengthen culture.
• Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive retention measures.
• Partner with business leaders and managers to address employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Ideal Candidate :

🎓 MBA in HR or equivalent

✅4+ years’ experience in employee engagement, retention, and R&R programs

✅ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
